One thing I was thinking is plumbing unclogging pipes, or running electrical wires through walls. Or the tip one being used for running pipe or wires through the ground leaving the surface in disturbed and much cheaper then directional boring. Unclogging vanes from blood clots

5:49 Watching this I just got an idea: You technically only have to articulate the first let's say 1.5 of the snake, while doing it with outside chambers works fine to a certain degree, the longer the robot gets the less control you have. What if you put your "control muscle" on the inside of the first 1.5m where you attach your cable and camera?

There are thousands of bedridden patients to whom enema is given to remove their stool, this enema works only in the lower side of large intestines. After giving enema probably this robot could be used to pullout the hard stools from Transverse colons. We recently faced with this issue with our mother

Hi. I recommend you watch the documentary "Processed People". I'm not a troll, just someone who wants to spread awareness. Why? Well, because: "A deadly global pandemic makes one thing abundantly clear: Your health needs to be a priority. Not just someday, but right now. Did you know... Obesity, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and other chronic illnesses are all fueled by diet and lifestyle choices - and they make infections more dangerous." This was a quote from the "Food Revolution Summit Website", which you can visit. Please just consider it, it won't cost you anymore than a little bit of time, and you could actually benefit from it. Thanks.

i went to texas a&m and i couldn't help but think of how useful this device would've been during the 1999 bonfire collapse. a big problem that the firefighters had was trying to get inflatable pillows to the people trapped under the logs so that the logs wouldn't crush them as much. because there were so many tightly-packed logs, it was hard for the firefighters to find a path to the victims and bring the pillows to them, but if this machine existed back then, they could've gotten the pillows to the people much quicker and with less concern about causing further collapse when crawling through the pile. they wouldn't have had to find human-sized tunnels through the logs, this machine could find it's way through, and along with the pillows, the machine could've brought medical supplies to the victims as well. though i wish we had this technology back then, i'm glad that disasters like the bonfire collapse will be handled much better in the future.
